Project Management Cycle
From the reception of your documents to final delivery and appraisal, Legentis implements a unique set of procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency of communication and respect of deadlines:
-
Upon reception of documents, our project manager contacts the client to confirm understanding of specific instructions, validate the type of translation required (ie. standard, revised, sworn or notarised) and discuss any other key parameters which could influence the scope of the project.

-
The documents are analysed for volume, subject area and any image or table formatting requirements, followed by evaluation of our internal capacity to meet your timeframe.
-
Following your confirmation, the team of translators is set up to begin work and is regularly monitored by the project manager to ensure that instructions and milestones are met. Client specific glossaries are created to ensure the consistency of terminology and harmonisation of style.
-
Once complete, the translations are thoroughly checked, proofread and revised, to ensure complete linguistic accuracy against the source documents, as well as essential checks on formatting, layout and typesetting.
During all stages of the translation process, your dedicated account manager will be on hand to answer any queries, respond to unexpected changes in your deadline or documentation, and proactively update you on progress, in particular for complex projects involving multiple stages or rolling delivery schedules.
